    Plan the load

    If you book, we plan your pallets onto a truck heading your way, which may also carry other shipments.

    Move

    Your freight goes on the truck once and comes off at your receiver. For cross-border loads, we coordinate the crossing with your customs broker.

    Deliver

    Delivered at the agreed time, with proof of delivery sent back to you.

Good questions.

How is a partial load different from LTL?

Regular LTL moves your freight through terminals, where it is handled several times. A partial load goes direct, dock to dock, on one truck — so there is no re-handling and far less chance of damage.

Will my freight share the trailer?

It may. A partial load can share the truck with other shipments heading the same way, each on its own paperwork.

How do I get a price?

Send the pallet count, weight, lane and dates through the quote form. We review the load and contact you with a quote — nothing is priced automatically.

What if I have fewer than 6 pallets?

A regular LTL carrier may suit you better. Send us the details and we will tell you honestly.

Can a partial load cross the border?

Yes. Every shipment crossing the border needs a commercial invoice and a customs broker before it is loaded.
