Good questions.
What happens if the truck is going to be late?
You hear it from us as soon as we know, not when the delivery window closes. A four-truck fleet means the person who answers the phone already knows where your load is.
Can you move returnable packaging back?
Yes, and it is worth setting up properly. Racks and dunnage moving back on a scheduled return is usually cheaper than treating each direction as a separate move.
Can you deliver somewhere without a dock?
Sometimes — it depends on the site and on how the freight comes off. Tell us what equipment is available at the delivery end. If there is nothing there, we will say so before you book rather than after the driver arrives.
Do you carry utilities freight?
Yes. General freight, paper products and utilities are the three cargo classes on our active authority.
